Pig Manure Handling, Treatment and Odour Control
Manure has to leave the house every day and end somewhere useful or safe. We connect the in-house removal — scrapers or pit systems — to collection, pumping and storage, and to the treatment route your site needs: separation, composting, biogas or wastewater treatment.

Automatic Manure Scrapers
Scraper blades pulled along the manure channel to move manure out of the house every day.

V-Shaped Manure Pits & Urine Separation
V-shaped channels and scrapers that let urine drain away while solids are scraped out.

Slurry Collection, Pumping & Storage
Pits, pumps and tanks that bring manure from each house to one place for treatment or use.

Manure Solid-Liquid Separators
Separators that split slurry into a stackable solid and a pumpable liquid, each with its own next step.

Pig Farm Wastewater Treatment
Treatment of the liquid fraction for reuse or discharge, designed from tests of your water.

Composting & Organic Fertiliser Equipment
Enclosed or open aerobic composting that turns manure solids into a stable organic fertiliser.

Biogas Digesters
Anaerobic digestion of slurry into biogas, with gas cleaning, safety, gas use and digestate handling.

Air Scrubbers & Odour Control
Scrubbers on the exhaust side that wash odour and ammonia from the air leaving the house.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Scraper or slurry pit?
Scrapers remove manure from the house often and keep air cleaner; deep pits store slurry for longer under the slats. The choice depends on the house design and the treatment route.
What happens to the separated liquid and solids?
They still need a destination — field application, composting, biogas or treatment. We plan the separator together with that next step.
Can you meet local discharge limits?
Treatment performance has to be confirmed with tests of your manure and the limits that apply at your site. We size the process from that data.
