Pig Farm Biosecurity and Disinfection Equipment
Disease enters a pig farm through people, vehicles, materials and new animals. Equipment cannot replace a biosecurity routine, but it makes the routine possible: hygiene entries, vehicle wash and drying, disinfection rooms, quarantine housing and cleaning gear for every house.

Personnel Hygiene Entries
The people entrance: changing, washing and boot cleaning arranged so nobody crosses from dirty to clean unchecked.

Vehicle Wash, Disinfection & Drying
Wash bays, disinfection and drying rooms that clean trucks before they come near the pigs.

Material Disinfection Rooms & Pass Boxes
Cabinets, pass boxes and rooms where supplies are disinfected on their way into the farm.

Quarantine Houses
Separate housing, tools and routes for new pigs until they are cleared to join the herd.

Pressure Washers & Foam Cleaning
Pressure washers and foam units for cleaning rooms and equipment between batches.

Mortality Storage & Disposal
Closed and cooled storage at the boundary so dead pigs leave the farm without collection trucks entering.

Bird, Rodent & Insect Control
Nets, sealed openings and monitoring that keep birds, rodents and insects out of houses and feed.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Is a disinfection unit enough to make a farm biosecure?
No. Equipment supports the routine; clean and dirty zones, procedures and daily discipline are what keep disease out. We plan the equipment around your routine.
Can a truck wash be added to an existing farm?
Yes, if there is space at the boundary for the vehicle, water, drainage and a drying area. We plan it from a site plan and the truck sizes.
How should dead pigs be handled?
Usually with closed storage at the farm boundary and collection by an approved service. The final route must follow local rules.
