About composting & organic fertiliser equipment
Separated manure solids can be composted into an organic fertiliser. The process needs the right moisture and mix of materials, enough air, odour control and a plan for the product. Enclosed vertical composters are one option; other aerobic routes suit other sites.
Common configurations
Enclosed vertical composters
Compact tanks with forced air.
Other aerobic routes
Chosen for the site and volume.
