About liquid feeding systems
Liquid feeding mixes feed with water or liquid ingredients in a central kitchen and pumps it to the troughs through valve-controlled lines. It allows flexible rations, but hygiene and leftover feed in the lines are the key points to plan. Ingredients, stages, pumps, valves, metering and cleaning are designed as one system.
Common configurations
Mixing tanks
Different sizes and numbers.
Single or multi-phase
One or several rations at once.
Cleaning and emptying
Different line-clearing methods.
