About insulated panels, doors & windows
Walls, roof, doors and windows decide how much heat a house loses in winter, how much it gains in summer and whether air enters only where the ventilation wants it. They also have to stand daily washing and an aggressive atmosphere. We choose panel core, facing and seals for your climate and connect them cleanly to inlets, fans and doors.
Common configurations
Composite insulated panels
Different cores and facings for walls and roof.
Insulated doors
For people, pigs and equipment access.
Sealed windows
Light without uncontrolled air leaks.

|---|---|
| Panel type and fire requirements | Core material and local fire rules. |
| Corrosion-resistant facing | For a humid, ammonia-rich interior. |
| Washability and sealing | Joints must survive pressure washing. |
| Insulation level | Follows the winter and summer climate. |
| Openings for doors and inlets | Planned with the ventilation. |
